Opens : year round
Please do not park at the curb surrounding the Common Area, particularly the curb near the neighborhood playground. It makes it very difficult for homeowners living opposite the playground to enter/exit their driveways.
When using the Common Area amenities (playground, social deck, tennis courts, pool, etc.), please use the parking lot and do not park on the street.
