The Lake is the private property of the Crabapple Lake Parc Community Association, Inc. Homeowners' Association.

Fishing and non-motorized boating are the only permitted uses of the Lake.

There are plans to build a walkway and gated bridge over the lake's emergency spillway to access a park to be built on the dam.

Since safe access to the lake does not yet exist, until the walkway and gated bridge are built access to the lake is limited to only those homes that border the lake.

If you do not live on the lake, please stay away until further notice. For more details and an update on the project, please see the website's Message Board.

There is also a small lake behind the homes on Crabapple Lake Drive nearest the community's playground that is private property, belonging only to the homeowners whose properties extend into the lake.

Access to the small lake is limited to only those homeowners whose properties extend into the lake. Only these homeowners are allowed to fish in this lake.
